We are pleased to share with you some of the topics covered in our first workshop with The Ability People! 🌟 Led by Paralympian and founder of TAP, Liz Johnson and Adil Ghani (Lead Consultant), the first workshop delved into what makes an authentically inclusive workplace. We discussed myths about disability in the corporate world, and why there should only be one recruitment process for all. This was an interactive session with shared stories and honest debates, and we thank all our attendees for their participation.
